This was an extremely complex case which required Colin to assist me in analysing very substantial volumes of documentation such that the evidence could be presented in a manner that would permit understanding. Colin’s input was invaluable to the completion of my report which led to a commercial settlement being reached by the parties before the matter proceeded to trial.
